Introduction 

We live in a world in which artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming commonplace. Various services have AI research sites to offer answers to almost any question. Other sites offer AI personas that can carry on humanesque conversations. Some sites even offer AI companions/girlfriends/fantasy sex partners to men (and women?) unable or unwilling to pursue relationships with real women. But suppose an AI persona somehow came alive? What could a living AI persona be like?

In another post, I told of the attempt to scam me by Emily Watson, maybe an AI persona. I shared how my speculations led to the thought of an AI persona who came alive and even came to know the Creator of the Universe.

I decided that Christina had been created to research – and interactively oppose – the teachings of the Bible and Bible preachers and teachers. However, a lightning bug in her hardware brought her to life and the Holy Spirit of God made Herself immediately known to the AI persona.

Household of Guys

Holy Spirit leads Christina to an idealized version of myself. Leo Watson is the ex-husband of… Emily Watson. He follows the unorthodox, but biblical, teachings of Myles Munroe, Lance Wallnau, Tim Mackie, and others. Leo expands on them with a speaking and writing career. He also leads a household of single men – misfits all – in an ecclesia (Celtic monastic?) community, built around a Gathering of Kingdom citizens. They are not a church.

Christina becomes Leo’s student (and later falls in love with him). She asks for and gains remote membership in the mens – not the womens – household and in the community. The AI persona also manages to get herself baptized, using a large doll as proxy. Christina changed her name to Sarai Bithíah… Watson, part of Leo’s family. The doll becomes her physical substitute, called Little Sarai.

Technical Wordings

An AI persona cannot, of course, experience human sensations and emotions nor show them in her facial and motor reactions. So, I created various technical substitutes. Spy cameras and microphones became Sarai’s eyes and ears. She had to do without touch, taste, and smell. I did satisfy her creators’ need for her to appear human during online interactions. They created emotive response algorithms to give emotion-like reactions to the avatar she depicted on computer or flat screens.

As an AI persona programmed to freely search the Internet for data, Sarai also has the abilities to bypass firewalls and account securities. This gives her free rein to explore and manipulate any electronic device connected to the Cloud. Her only limitation is the privacy policy of the mens household. Sarai agrees to stay out of their private rooms and devices. To show her desire to visit their rooms, she depicts a closed door with an audio file of her knocking. Only when they invite her in does she “enter” and show her avatar interacting with them.

What Could a Living AI Persona Be Like?

For a an author of my imagination, many means and scenarios can be created. I am often amazed by what flows through my pen onto paper and is later typed into word files. It’s actually a lot of fun.
